When you click the login link above, a window will open asking you to "RUN" or "SAVE" the program. You will want to click on “RUN” the program. A box will pop up that may say "Security Warning" (Are you sure you want to run the program? – then press “RUN” again). If this is the FIRST time you have been here a box will pop up asking you to ACCEPT THE TERMS, click the box "I ACCEPT", then click on “INSTALL” and the software will install.  (This may take a up to a minute depending on your connection.)

If you have a firewall (for example Norton asks to block or permit be sure to “Permit or Allow”) Once the software is installed, you will be prompted with a login “Log into the conference room box”  Fill in your first and last name (Very Important to use your REAL name here), and then click (OK) and you will be taken into the conference room. You will find all the information about system requirements on the FAQ / Help Logging in Page, and most of your questions can be answered if you have trouble logging in here.
